For a quick reference guide on process equipment, this book fills the void.  However, if you need more information, you won't find any references to help you.  The coverage of the wide range of process equipment is spotty.  For the equipment that is covered, the author does a good job explaining what the pieces of equipment do, common problems, and how they fit into a process.
